PAYMENT: Boutique Consignment Inc accepts Paypal.
PRODUCT ADVICE: Each product is hand assembled, hand carved, hand finished and made of select natural wood timbers. Subtle variations in wood grain, texture, tone and detail are a part of the overall aesthetic, to be expected, and considered part of the uniqueness of the product line. No two pieces are exactly alike.
WARRANTY: Since each piece is individually handcrafted, customers may find that each item varies slightly in size of finish. Cracking may occur and is natural for all solid wood products. This will not affect the structural integrity of the furniture.
MINIMUMS & DELIVERIES: 100% prepayment is required from the buyer on all orders. Storage fees are charged if you refuse delivery for merchandise ready for shipping. All purchases are final. Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. Out-of-stock and back ordered items will be shipped when available. Items may be modified, dropped, or discontinued without notice.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped FedEx/UPS. Shipping needs to be prepaid. Insurance is always included. Direct signature is required. Tracking information is emailed as soon as the shipping label is printed.
Home Accents and Furnishings are shipped ground and usually ship within 14-16 weeks. Items that are made to order typically take 14-16 weeks. I will bill separately for International shipping and it must be paid immediately. Please call and/or email me for a quote prior to purchasing.
In addition, furniture items may be billed an additional 10% charge for crating, packing, and handling. We ship partial shipments. Shipping is FOB Los Angeles, California.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS: Return of goods will not be accepted without prior authorization and specific instructions from Boutique Consignment Inc. All returned goods will incur shipping costs. No refunds shall be issued. So if you have any questions and/or concerns please be sure to contact me prior to checking out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders are prepaid. Please contact us for shipping cost, website does not calculate for international shipping.
BREAKAGE, LOSS, OR DAMAGE: Boutique Consignment Inc. is not responsible for damage to goods in transit. Damage should be noted with delivery carrier at time of receiving product, and insurance claim should be filed with the carrier. Merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before leaving the warehouse. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to examine merchandise for defects or omissions immediately upon receipt of shipment. Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the Carrier upon accepting shipment. Therefore, claims for merchandise delivered broken or damaged must be reported directly to the Carrier upon receipt of shipment and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the claim. Please keep all the original packaging as the Carrier may request an inspection.
